We purchased a new home and called RAS to examine our HVAC after having a positive experience with them during our home search process. Connor is attentive, patient and very accommodating, and has been a pleasure to work with. Our furnace in the new home was short cycling - he was able to come out the same day to address and has worked closely with us the last couple of days until the issue is fully resolved. He's even proactively called afterwards to make sure everything was working properly. Very much appreciated and highly recommended!

We worked with Residential Air Systems when we renovated our kitchen and were very impressed with their people and their work, so they were the first ones we called when our AC system broke. They came that day to address the problem. It was an old unit and they got it working so that we had air through the summer. They came back this fall to replace the unit and it was a great experience. They came on time, were very neat, safe and professional.
